Who is AM/PM Shuttle Service?

AM/PM Shuttle Service is Palm Springs Local Passenger Transportation Company. We are founded in 2008 to help local residence, businesses and tourists’ of their ground transportation needs either airport, hotel, conventions, sporting events, holidays and anniversaries.

How do I make a reservation?

You may do it either by email, phone or online reservation.

How do I pay for shuttle service?

Credit Card/PayPal/Cash

Do I need advance reservations?

It is always a smart choice to make reservation in advance for us to facilitate our driver’s to be on time.

Do you provide car seats?

They are all available upon request (boosters car seat and infant car seats).

How do I cancel or change my reservation?

Via email, by phone or online

Where can I find your shuttle at Palm Springs Airport?

A ‘Meet and Greet’ service can be arrange when booking whereby the driver will be in arrivals holding a sign of AM/PM Shuttle Service logo sign with the passenger’s name or company name, whichever you prefer. If your flight is early or subject to delays, we will track your flight’s progress and send your driver at the new expected time of arrival. A lot of our work is corporate based so if you are booking shuttle for other people you can rest assured we will give them the professional quality service they would expect.

Home | Office Pick Up?

AM/PM Shuttle Service will pick you up from the home, hotel and office or any other address of your choice. The day before your pick up you will receive a courtesy call confirming the scheduled time of your pick up. You will also receive another reminder notification text when the driver has arrived at the scheduled pick up location.

If your pick up is in a busy area where it’s difficult to park or find the entrance, please send us details of the best place to wait for the pick up and how to find the entrance by email. Our drivers are not permitted to stop, even for a short time, at a road with a double red line at the side.

On arrival, the driver will ring the bell or knock or call you on the number provided. If it is difficult to park nearby, the driver will park as close as possible and make contact by phone if you have provided us with the land line of your address, please don’t leave your address before the pick up time as we will then not be able to contact you.

How do you charge your passengers on the arranged trip?

We do a flat rate base-by miles or time or combination on both.

If we stop at a convenience stores or similar stop, do we get an charge extra?

We always provide 15 minutes grace time. After that, we will start charging .40 cents/min.

Do you provides a shared ride?

Yes, we do shared rides from Airport to Hotel or Hotel to Airport only.

How about a Now Call, do you provide shuttle ASAP?

Depending upon the availability of our vehicles, you may get ASAP or our Dispatcher will let
you know for the waiting time of pick up.

What if I need an accessible vehicle?

At this time we don’t have accessible vehicle to accommodate your needs.
